Besides functioning as a shortcut / link to run a program or document files, icons on Vista desktop can show its own beauty for user if set properly. Unlike the previous version, Vista provides a quick way to resize icon on desktop.
The trick is simply by scrolling the mouse up or down to reduce or enlarge icon size while pressing the CTRL key. Do this while on the desktop. Very short, isn't it? This method can also be used in Windows Explorer to set icon size, and can also be used in browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera to zoom in or zoom out web pages.
This is a brief post, but I hope this can eliminate your boredom a bit while computing. Enjoy it !
